Lizan Kivits has completed her PhD thesis entitled: “Modelling and identification of physical linear networks”. It addresses the problem of data-driven modeling of interconnected linear systems, where the subsystems do not have a prior chosen input – output direction. The networks are therefore characterized by undirected graphs. Examples are mass-spring-damper or RLC networks. The thesis defense is on February 22, 2024, 13:30, at TU Eindhoven.
